Rabbi Nissi and Mushka Naparstek co-direct Chabad Maple Grove.
Rabbi Nissi grew up in LA, California (more precisely Marina del Rey), and is still trying to adjust to the weather difference.
Ever since he was young, he’s enjoyed teaching and connecting with others.
He received his Rabbinical ordination from the West Coast Rabbinical Seminary and is qualified to officiate at life cycle events, as well as other Rabbinical duties.
He loves studying, especially outdoors!
Mushka grew up locally in Minnetonka, where her parents direct Chabad Minneapolis.
She earned her teacher’s degree majoring in Judaic studies at Beit Chana in Tzefat, Israel, and has years of experience working in leadership positions at various camps, schools, and Chabad centers across the US, Canada, and England.
Her delicious food definitely helps draw people to events!
The Naparstek’s are joined by their adorable children Chana’le, Bluma, and Mendel, who have already become important (and very popular) partners in their parents’ work.
Rabbi Nissi and Mushka Naparstek are passionate about spreading the joy and depth of Judaism. Together with their children, they are bringing their love and enthusiasm to the Northwestern Suburbs of Minneapolis.
